How do I change my contact information?

Who do I contact for technical support?

Technical support is provided by WorldSpice to customers who are having trouble keeping an Internet connection or who need assistance with initial setup. Support is provided at no charge as follows:

How is billing of accounts conducted?

Billing Cycles

WorldSpice Technologies has one billing cycle that is generated on the 1st of each month. Invoices are mailed 15 days prior to the invoice date, and payment is due in advance for services rendered.

Business Accounts

All business accounts are set up as Net 15 unless special arrangements are made with the accounting department.

Cancellations

To cancel service, we require written and verbal notification a minimum of 30 days prior to your billing cycle date. Other terms and conditions of cancellation will apply. Please contact us directly for any questions concerning cancellation.

Late Payments

Late payments may result in termination of service.
