Who do I contact when I have questions about my bill?
How is billing of accounts conducted?Billing CyclesWorldSpice Technologies has two billing cycles that are generated on the 1st and 15th of each month. Invoices are mailed 15 days prior to the invoice date, and payment is due in advance for services rendered. Business AccountsAll business accounts are set up as Net 15 unless special arrangements are made with the accounting department. Dial-up CustomersDial-up customers may choose from several billing options: quarterly, semi-annual or annually. However, the invoice is marked "due on receipt" and payment is due within 15 days of invoice or the account will be terminated due to non-payment. New Dial-up CustomersNew dial-up customers must provide credit card information that will be used automatically on a monthly basis either on the 1st or the 15th of each month.
CancellationsTo cancel service, we require written and verbal notification a minimum of 30 days prior to your billing cycle date. Other terms and conditions of cancellation that have been mutually agreed upon with WorldSpice will apply. Please contact us directly for any questions concerning cancellation.
