I cannot get my email, but I can browse the Internet. What's wrong?This indicates your email server is probably not operational or very busy. If WorldSpice supplies your email, contact us or if not, contact your email supplier. Can I access my WorldSpice email from the web when I'm at a friend's house or out of town?Yes. We offer WebMail, a web-based email interface to your private email account at WorldSpice. We believe you will find this program a great asset in your total Internet experience. All you need is access to the World Wide Web. Once you're online, you can then read and write email over the web. If you have a @wnm.net email address:Just start your web browser and go to: If you have a @netten.net email address:Just start your web browser and go to: http://mail.netten.net/webmail If you have a @mem.net email address:Just start your web browser and go to: For web hosting accounts on our Linux servers:Just start your web browser and type in the address field: http://mail.YourDomain.com/webmail If I am connected to AOL, will I be able to grab my WorldSpice mail by launching my email program and using the TCP provided by my AOL link?Yes, as long as you have an active connection on the Internet, and your incoming mail server is set for one of the WorldSpice servers.
How long will my mail be stored on the server?Email will be stored on WorldSpice's server for two months (60 days). After being on our server for 60 days, messages are deleted. We must free server space up for new email for our clients. Can I change my email password?No, not unless you are a business client and host a domain with WorldSpice.
